Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP along with a very unhappy dad Henry. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram account @annephung, where I write about my experiences- the good, the bad and all between. I came to America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was one and a half years young. I'm not living my life and sharing it with you if it weren't because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. With the opportunity to have an improved life I wanted to try the best I could to please them, and was focused on achieving my goals. There was a specific plan for me in my life that was to go to university, get a job get married buy a house and have kids. While I believed this was the standard for successful, my life was not following the strategies. When I was in 2013, I started looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joy- I felt like I was wasting my time and energy to earn a living when I knew I was destined for something more. I had a passion for fitness and getting out and about with friends. when I was navigating my new career path. I was drawn to personal training. The business I started was in 2014, and I'll be celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. It is rare to find an Asian woman working in this field. It is my goal to be a positive influencer in the industry to provide quality coaching to empower others to become a healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to their personal needs and goals. I am also committed to helping others become empowered so that they are able to achieve their goals, pursue their interests and lead the life of your dreams. As my career was taking off, I suffered the greatest loss of my lifethat of losing my mom. Following an 8-year battle with the disease, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. It is amazing how life can give us the exact lesson we need, even when we do not realize it. My mother's unexpected death that shaped me for good. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to experience life. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to transition to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead one that was meaningful and enjoyable. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. I truly feel like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you will resonate by my experiences and words in order to let you be aware that you're not alone, for you to realize that you're far more capable than anything else you set your mind to that true love exists that therapy is normal and needed to be healthy is truly the most valuable asset. There is only one chance to live. I hope you be the best version of yourself.
